Quick recap I decided to post after what happened a few days ago, since it had a big impact on me and I think I might do some more similar stuff to this! Back in 2015 I did this tribute redesign of the Notre Dame. This innovative approach to Gothic architectural style was and still is one of the biggest inspiration for myself till this day. Every of my students or people who work with me know how much influence these buildings have on my art. We do studies of it and go in depth being impressed by the sumptuous detailing and amazing craftmanshift I was in awe for all my life. Now seeing one of the most if not the most iconic cathedral being on fire and partly gone makes my heart bleeding... Hope it will be fully brought back to its awesomeness in no time!!!
